$300 Theater Producer
We’re seeking a stage manager to support our production’s logistics. A stage manager’s duties include, but are not limited to:
Sending daily calls
Sending rehearsal reports
Administrating production meetings
Administrating rehearsals
Maintaining records for technical elements of the show
Assisting with load-in and load-out of rehearsal and performance spaces
Calling and executing technical elements of the performances

$250 Costuming Assistant
The Merry Wives of Windsor, August 25th — October 26th
We’re seeking a costume assistant to help execute our costume designer’s vision. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the costume designer with documentation and presentation
Repairing damaged costumes
Constructing and procuring costumes in accordance with the designs
Tailoring or altering costumes to assist cast members
Experience in costuming, tailoring, and/or sewing is preferred.

We’re seeking a Producer to be the key point of progress in our production. The Producer will work directly alongside Flatwater’s Operations Manager and Executive Artistic Director. A Producer’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Calendar: Coordinating and overseeing design progress, deadlines, and internal scheduling.
Artistic: Attending production meetings, key rehearsals, and tech days to help the production stay focused on its concept and priorities.
Performance: Helping ensure all aspects of the performance are of high quality working box office, concessions, and managing volunteers.
Financial: Negotiating budgetary decisions by communicating and foreseeing things that will have budgetary impact, such as costume or prop maintenance, concept creep, or new design elements. Ensuring proper financial records are maintained.
Assisting with load-in and load-out of rehearsal and performance spaces
Marketing: Helping to create and execute marketing opportunities such as interviews, video shoots, photography, and partnerships with other organizations.
Ideal candidates have stage management, directing, or assistant directing experience. If you have a strong sense of organization and enjoy management, please apply! Prior Producer experience is not required.
$400 Youth Fight Club Co-Instructor
Little But Fierce- Fall Fight Club 10/13 and 10/14
9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
We’re seeking a co-instructor to join our Lead Instructor to teach Fall Break camp kids fight choreography to prepared Shakespeare scenes. Fight combat experience required. Fight choreography experience desirable.
